PM extends condolences to Kuwait, affirms strong ties

AMMAN — Prime Minister Bisher Khasawneh in a phone call on Monday extended condolences to Kuwaiti Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Al Sabah, expressing deep sympathies for the loss of Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah. Khasawneh reaffirmed Jordan's unwavering support and solidarity with the people of Kuwait during this difficult time, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. The prime minister also conveyed his wishes for Kuwait to continue its path of achievement, benevolence, generosity and resilience, aiming to contribute to the causes of the Arab and Islamic nations under the leadership of Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah. The Kuwaiti prime minister expressed gratitude for Jordan’s unwavering support, acknowledging the demonstrated solidarity during this time, which underscores the enduring and historic relations between the two countries.
