AMMAN — Late Sgt. Alaa Nuaimi of the Public Security Department was laid to rest in Irbid's Jamha town on Tuesday.
Nuaimi was killed in the line of duty during Sunday's Karak terror attack, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
At the funeral, his father said he is proud of Alaa's sacrifice to protect the Kingdom and combat terrorism.
On Sunday, a terrorist attack targeted police patrols in Karak and resulted in 10 deaths among civilians and security personnel, in addition to 34 injuries.
