Prince Feisal to participate in world women’s sports conference

AMMAN — HRH Prince Feisal, president of the Jordan Olympic Committee (JOC) and member of the International Olympic Committee's executive board, will participate in the 8th IWG World Conference on Women and Sports in Auckland, New Zealand from November 14 to 17, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Deputising for President of the International Olympic Committee Thomas Bach, the prince will deliver a speech in which he will address recent developments in women's sports and the increase in women’s representation in decision-making sports committees.
Over the course of four days, the conference will include 220 sessions, featuring 500 speakers and 1,200 attendees representing 300 organisations from more than 60 countries.
