Princess Alia Foundation, banks sign MoU to implement ‘Green Prints’

AMMAN — HRH Princess Alia, head of the Princess Alia Foundation, on Thursday signed a Memorandum of Understanding with several Jordanian banks to implement the foundation’s initiative “Green Prints”, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Princess Alia voiced her appreciation to the banks for their participation and commitment in the socio-environmental initiative, which recycles paper to support governmental schools.
Education Ministry Secretary General for Administrative and Financial Affairs Sami Salaytah, who attended the memo signing, said that there are so far 200 schools benefitting from the initiative, most of which are located in Jordan Valley, while also expressing his thanks to the Association of Banks in Jordan.
