Princess Dina honours winner in cancer awareness competition

AMMAN — HH Princess Dina Mired, director general of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation, on Thursday presented awards to winners of a media competition launched by the Jordan Breast Cancer Programme (JBCP).
The princess, who is also the honorary president of JBCP, underlined the importance of early detection of breast cancer in help saving the lives in up to 90 per cent of the cases, calling on media, and social and health institutions to cooperate in spreading awareness.
