Princess Ghida visits patients, medical staff at UK cancer hospital

AMMAN — HRH Princess Ghida Talal, chairperson of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF), recently visited Leeds Cancer Centre in the UK and met with several patients, according to a KHCF statement.
During the two-day visit, the princess and an accompanying a delegation from the King Hussein Cancer Centre, toured the various oncology departments at St James University Hospital and Leeds General Infirmary where they met several patients and staff members and were briefed on the latest developments in cancer treatment and technology.
The visit comes a year after the KHCF signed a partnership agreement with the Leeds Cancer Centre.
