Princess Rym attends virtual symposium on digital transformation

AMMAN — HRH Princess Rym Ali, the founder of the Jordan Media Institute (JMI), on Monday attended a virtual symposium on digital transformation, which addressed the change related to applying digital technologies in all aspects, mainly those pertaining to the media sector.
The princess voiced JMI’s keenness to keep pace with the developments in the digital world. “We believe in our need to communicate with the world around us and with the youth in particular,” she said.
Norwegian Ambassador to Jordan Tone Allers expressed her happiness for cooperation with the JMI in a bid to develop the capabilities of the new generation of journalists and support press freedom and freedom of expression.
