‘Project to revamp part of Desert Highway completed’

AMMAN – Public Works Minister Sami Halaseh on Wednesday said a project to revamp part of the Desert Highway has been completed.
The 6km, south-north direction of the road was one of most damaged sections and was revamped in 60 days, a ministry statement said. He noted that the overall project entails rehabilitating the highway from the Airport Road intersection to Mreigha, south of Maan.
