AMMAN — A Public Sector Development Ministry team recently carried out an unannounced visit to the Department of Land and Survey branch in Deir Alla, in the central Jordan Valley, to evaluate the quality of services offered to the public.
During the visit, several positive and negative observations were recorded, according to a ministry report made available on Sunday to The Jordan Times.
The report said employees at the office were cooperative with the public and answered their queries in a proper and professional manner.
However, the employee at the customer service desk was not available to guide people and answer their questions.
There was no box for submitting complaints and suggestions, and no signs were available to direct people to office locations.
