By Petra - Nov 15,2014 - Last updated at Nov 15,2014
AMMAN — The Civil Coalition for Monitoring the Jordanian Parliamentary Elections (Rasid) on Saturday called on Parliament to discuss shelved Audit Bureau reports.
The watchdog also noted that the Lower House has now five annual reports of the bureau between 2009-2013 for deliberations.
Rasid suggested these reports be discussed by the House’s Financial Committee as it deliberates the state budget draft law.
The NGO commended the Lower House’s decision to publish the full version of the bureau’s latest report on its website.
