AMMAN — Workers in the sectors necessary to sustain the supply of basic needs for the public must register on the national vaccination platform or prove receiving at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine to be excluded from the comprehensive lockdown as of next Friday, the National Centre for Security and Crisis Management (NCSCM) announced on Monday.
The centre said that the decision is part of the national vaccination plan to inoculate the biggest number of citizens and residents, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
These workers will be checked at checkpoints and by police patrols supervising the implementation of the comprehensive lockdowns, the centre said, calling on the public to register for the vaccine through www.vaccine.jo.
