Retired army officers visit Border Guard posts in north, east

AMMAN — A delegation of retired servicemen has visited the Border Guards in the eastern and northern regions.
The Border Guards briefed the delegates on their mission, duties and efforts to protect the Kingdom by foiling smuggling and infiltration attempts, as well as their humanitarian role in receiving Syrian refugees and sending them to camps.
The retired army officers commended the efforts of the Border Guards and thanked the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army for organising the visit.
