RHDC, Turkey sign cooperation protocol on archival work

AMMAN — The Royal Hashemite Documentation Centre (RHDC) on Monday signed a cooperation protocol with Turkey to exchange archive documents and enhance the capacity of employees archiving the Ottoman language.

RHDC Director-General, Muhannad Mubaidin, and President of the Turkish Directorate of State Archives Ugur Unal, signed the protocol in the presence of RHDC Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Prince Ali Bin Nayef, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

According to the centre, the protocol stipulates boosting cooperation and conducting research in accordance with effective laws through exchanging samples copied from archiving documents, exchanging expertise and publications, as well as organising scientific meetings and exhibitions on archival systems.
