RJ opens flights to Toronto

AMMAN — The Royal Jordanian (RJ) on Thursday launched regular flights to Canada's Toronto via Montreal, with a frequency of three flights a week, a move meant to enhance the national carrier's presence in Canada and North America.
RJ CEO Samer Majali, during a ceremony attended by Canadian Ambassador to Jordan Donica Pottie and Airport International Group CEO Nicolas Claude, said that adding Toronto to RJ’s destinations are part of the national carrier's strategy for the next five years, which includes increasing the destinations to 60 and finding new markets.
RJ will operate three flights to Toronto per week via Boeing 787 Dreamliner on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
