Royal Court chief meets with secretary-general of Council of Arab Economic Unity

AMMAN — Royal Court Chief Yousef Issawi on Saturday received Ambassador Muhammadi Ahmed Al Ni, the Secretary-General of the Council of Arab Economic Unity (CAEU).
During a meeting at the Royal Hashemite Court, Al Ni extended congratulations to His Majesty King Abdullah on the occasion of the Independence Day of Jordan, as well as on the upcoming wedding of HRH Crown Prince Hussein.
Al Ni expressed appreciation for the Kingdom’s continuous support to the CAEU.
The discussions focused on fostering cooperation, expanding economic and investment partnerships, and supporting joint Arab companies and the Amman-based specialised Arab unions, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Issawi reaffirmed Jordan's unwavering commitment to support all Arab organisations and councils in achieving sustainable development goals throughout the Arab world.
The meeting was attended by Abdullah Suroor Al Zaabi, an expert in the fields of training and education, and mining, as well as Younis Khattaybeh, the president of the Arab Trainers Union.
