Ruwwad celebrates graduation of 45 scholarship students

AMMAN — Ruwwad Al Tanmeya community empowerment organisation has recently celebrated 45 Jordanian graduates who completed their higher education by benefiting from its Mousab Khorma Youth Education & Empowerment Fund.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ruwwad Regional Director and Head of Programmes Samar Dudin highlighted the organisation’s efforts in youth empowerment through education and volunteerism in Jordan. To date, 1,079 youths have received support through Ruwwad Youth Education Scholarships, according to a statement released by Ruwwad on Sunday.
In the Kingdom, 220 youths benefit from university and vocational educational scholarships each year, as well as perform the equivalent of 42,000 hours of community service. Ruwwad Founder and Chairman Fadi Ghandour announced that he would be supporting a new community space in Jabal Al Natheef area, equipped with a multipurpose hall and a gym, and aimed at enhancing access to technology and serving as an incubator for small start-ups.
