The two ministers reviewed the outcomes of the meeting of His Majesty King Abdullah and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of the Abu Dhabi Emirate and Deputy Supreme Commander of the United Arab Emirates Armed Forces, in May in Amman.

They also stressed the importance of continuing coordination over regional issues and efforts to overcome joint challenges and solve regional crises to achieve Middle East security and stability and serve Arab interests.

Safadi also expressed the Kingdom’s pride in the ties with the UAE, praising the Abu Dhabi’s “unaltered brotherly stance” with Amman and its continuous support for Jordan’s efforts to overcome economic challenges.
