Senate returns two bills to Lower House

AMMAN — The Senate on Wednesday returned the draft laws on public-private partnership and investment to the Lower House.
The Senate introduced several amendments to the public-private partnership bill, scrapping a paragraph that deputies added mandating the Parliament’s approval of partnership contracts signed between a public and a private entity.
The Senate approved the draft investment law also after introducing some amendments.
