AMMAN — The Foreign Ministry on Tuesday said that several Jordanians and their families managed to board a bus with people of other nationalities, while other Jordanians used cars to leave the Ukrainian city of Sumy.

The ministry’s crisis cell and the Jordanian embassy in Ankara, since Tuesday at dawn, provided the largest possible number of vehicles to transport Jordanians in cooperation with local authorities in Sumy, according to a ministry statement.

The crisis cell is now working to get the names of Jordanians who were able to board various means of transport, stressing they are continuing with efforts to facilitate the transport of Jordanians.
