‘Social Development Ministry working to bridge gender gap’

AMMAN — Social Development Minister Reem Abu Hassan stressed the ministry’s efforts to guarantee women’s rights and empower them, and bridge the gender gap in education, the economy and politics.
Attending a ministry Mother’s Day ceremony, Abu Hassan congratulated Jordanian mothers on the occasion.
At the end of the ceremony, the minister distributed gifts to mothers at care centres and the ministry’s female employees.
