South Korea grants KUC JD3m to support technical education

AMMAN — The Government of South Korea has offered Karak University College (KUC) a JD3 million grant to support technical education, President of KUC Hisham Dmour announced on Monday.
Head of the Karak Governorate Council Sayel Majali highlighted Al Balqa Applied University’s efforts to secure the Korean grant, aimed at developing the college’s educational environment, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Majali added that the support from South Korea will provide the needed infrastructure for technical education, including labs and modern workshops, stressing the role of KUC in providing the labour market and industry sectors with qualified graduates.
