Unexploded mortar shell falls on Turra, no injuries

RAMTHA — A mortar shell from Syria fell on the Turra area in Ramtha District on Sunday, according to the district governor, Bader Qadi.
The shell fell south of Turra Bridge in an area far away from houses and did not explode. It was dealt with by the concerned authorities, according to Qadi.
Around two weeks ago, a mortar shell fell on the Ramtha market in the city centre, killing a university student and injuring four other people.
