Universities suspend classes Sunday due to heatwave

AMMAN — In response to the prevailing heatwave across the Kingdom, a number of universities, including the University of Jordan, Hashemite University and Mutah University, suspended Sunday's on-campus lectures and postponed exams in the interest of student safety, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
