AMMAN — The State Security Court (SSC) on Monday gave 30 defendants 10 days to turn themselves in, after which they will be deemed fugitives, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The SSC said it will also place the assets of these defendants, 28 of whom are charged with drug dealing and two of financial crimes, under the government’s jurisdiction as long as they remain at large. The court has ordered police to arrest the suspects on sight.
