WISE University appoints new president

AMMAN — The World Islamic Sciences and Education (WISE) University board of trustees, chaired by HRH Prince Ghazi, on Saturday appointed Nasser Ahmad Khawaldeh as the university’s president.
Khawaldeh, who has a PhD from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in the US, succeeds Abdul Nasser Abul Basal, who assumed the post in 2008.
