Woman perishes in Irbid house fire

AMMAN — A woman died on Saturday after a fire broke out in her house in Irbid, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. Her son also suffered from smoke inhalation but survived.
A Civil Defence Department (CDD) source said that their personnel extinguished the fire, provided first aid and moved the body to Princess Basma Hospital.
