Workshop organised to promote tourism in Kingdom

AMMAN — The Jordan Tourism Board (JTB) has organised a workshop for representatives of Jordanian travel agencies along with their Belgian and Dutch counterparts. 

The JTB, in a statement cited by the Jordan News Agency, Petra, on Thursday, said that the workshop was part of a visit organised for representatives of Belgian and Dutch travel agencies. 

The visit included a tour of travel agencies in the Kingdom to encourage tourism promotion in these two European markets. 

JTB Director General Abdulrazzaq Arabiat said that welcoming these European agencies in Jordan is an important opportunity to promote the Kingdom’s top tourist attractions that have the potential to attract Belgian and Dutch tourists to Jordan, as part of the JTB’s plan for this year.
