The Ministry specifically incorporated this programme for communication officers responsible for youth, peace and security affairs in official institutions.
During the programme's inauguration at Hussein Youth City, which brought together 28 officers representing various official institutions, Nablusi highlighted the significance of UN Resolution 2250.
He emphasised that it is the outcome of the dedicated efforts led by HRH Crown Prince Hussein, who chaired a session of the Security Council and proposed the draft resolution, which was unanimously adopted by the Council.
The primary objective of Resolution 2250 is to promote the active involvement of youth in international peace and security matters, while urging member states to explore effective strategies for enhancing youth representation in decision-making processes, pertaining to conflict prevention and resolution, the minister said according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
