Agreement signed to empower youth

AMMAN — The King Abdullah II Fund for Development (KAFD) and the Luminus Technical University College (LTUC) on Wednesday signed a memorandum of understanding to empower the youth and provide them with skills that enable them to access the labour market and enhance their competitiveness.
The memo stipulates acquainting the students with the multiple free services available on HYPERLINK "http://www.ForUs.jo/"www.ForUs.jo in the fields of training courses, voluntary opportunities and self-evaluation tests in several skills and abilities, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
KAFD said that the e-gate will provide workshops and courses in several fields in cooperation with experts with the aim of developing the students’ capabilities in planning for their vocational careers that hiring institutions look for.
