‘16 injured in Ajloun accidents’

AMMAN — Sixteen people were injured in weekend accidents in Ajloun, the northern governorate’s Civil Defence Department (CDD) director, Col. Hani Smadi, told the Jordan News Agency, Petra, on Saturday.
The first accident took place on the Kufranjah-Jordan Valley road, involving a bus and a car, and resulting in nine injuries, while the second accident in Kufranjah’s Al Ameriyah area resulted in three injuries.
In a third incident, a bulldozer overturned after the driver lost control, injuring three people. Smadi said Ajloun CDD also dealt with a case involving a person who fell from the second floor of a building in Sakhrah. All those injured were taken to the Iman Public Hospital.
