AMMAN — The Central Traffic Department said on Monday it will track down owners of vehicles without licence plates, in cooperation with other security apparatuses, and take the necessary measures against them.
The department urged motorists who lost their plates to head to the nearest police station to avoid liability for driving without plates.
Motorists without front and rear number plates are fined between JD50 and JD100, the department said.
