Breast cancer programme holds workshops to train healthcare workers

AMMAN — The Jordan Breast Cancer Programme (JBCP) recently held 15 training sessions for activists and volunteers working in healthcare in Irbid and Zarqa governorates, according to a JBCP statement.
Supported by the EU, the project “Agents of Change” aims to build healthcare workers’ capacities in organising awareness sessions on improving lifestyle choices and cancer prevention.
The JBCP has so far held 20 interactive awareness activities in both governorates targeting 3,000 people.
