Cabinet approves mandating reasons for draft real estate ownership law

AMMAN — The Cabinet on Wednesday approved in principle the validating reasons of the 2015 draft real estate ownership law and sent it to the Legislation and Opinion Bureau.
The draft law will unify a group of laws governing the work of the Department of Lands and Survey by cancelling around 13 current laws, reducing administrative procedures related to real estate ownership.
