Cabinet endorses amendments to youth club licensing bylaw

AMMAN — The Cabinet on Wednesday endorsed amendments to the bylaw on licensing and registering youth clubs and commissions for 2022. The bill aims to facilitate the work of youth clubs and commissions in a way that realises the interests of their general assemblies, and addressing cases of failing to hold elections of the administrative boards in special and justified cases, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
It also aims to enhance governance and transparency in these institutions and clarify and re-organise some items mentioned in the current bylaw.
