Child dies in traffic accident

AMMAN — A five-year-old child died on Thursday when she was hit by a vehicle in Zarqa at the highway patrol traffic lights area, according to a Civil Defence Department (CDD) statement. CDD cadres administered first aid to the child at the site and took her to Zarqa Public Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
