Children’s Museum 4th iteration of Jordan Science and Arts Festival to begin July 28

AMMAN — The Children’s Museum Jordan (CMJ) will hold the 4th iteration of Jordan Science and Arts Festival on the 28th and 29th of this month for the year 2018, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The festival is an educational event for children under the age of 12, that covers many branches of science, arts and literature and has been designed to develop children’s scientific and analytical thinking, provide them with problem-solving skills, and develop their sense of innovation, according to Petra.
Interactive activities include watching short films about planets and stars in the Planetarium, an activity to search for and learn about dinosaurs, storytelling, experiencing virtual reality technologies and talking robots, learning about biodiversity in Jordan and facts about animals, in addition to other activities on gravity and light, scientific experiments and chemical interactions.
The museum invited families to visit the website of the CMJ www.cmj.jo to learn about the detailed programme of the festival, which begins at 2pm.
