AMMAN — The 4th iteration activities of the Jordan Festival of Science and Arts kicked off on Saturday at the Children’s Museum Jordan (CMJ) in Al Hussein Public Parks, with platinum support from the Arab Bank and gold support from the Greater Amman Municipality (GAM), Careem and the British Council, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
“The festival is a huge educational event for children under the age of 12, combining fun and learning, and aims to promote creativity and love of knowledge among children through workshops, interactive activities and scientific and cultural presentations,” said Sawsan Dalaq, Children’s Museum director in a statement to The Jordan Times.
The festival covers interactive content, suitable for children from four to 12 years old, in various branches of science, arts and literature, said Dalaq, who added that the festival has been designed to develop children’s scientific and analytical thinking, provide them with problem-solving skills and develop their sense of innovation.
