Foreign ministry following up on death of Jordanian in Egypt

AMMAN — The Foreign Ministry has been following up on the death of a Jordanian who suffered a “severe” heart attack in Egypt on Tuesday, Foreign Ministry Operations Director Salman Qudah said on Wednesday.
Specialised Egyptian authorities have assured the ministry that the Jordanian, residing in Egypt, died of natural causes, adding that his family has been notified, Qudah was quoted as saying in a Foreign Ministry statement.
The Jordanian Embassy in Cairo and the ministry’s operations department have taken the necessary measures to transport the body of the deceased to the Kingdom, according to Qudah, who expressed his deepest sympathies and condolences to the deceased’s family.
