Fraudulent beggar arrested in Khalda — Anti-Vagrancy Department

AMMAN — Anti-Vagrancy Department personnel have arrested a fraudulent beggar in Khalda, the Social Development Ministry said on Tuesday.
The vagrant, born in 1982, turned out to own a transport vehicle, and his family owns a business, in addition to receiving a monthly Social Security Corporation pension of JD425, the ministry said.
The beggar was referred to the Public Security Directorate. The ministry urged the public not to encourage begging by any means, the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
