JHCO-Saudi winter aid distribution campaign concludes

AMMAN — The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation's (JHCO), in cooperation with the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre, on Wednesday finished a project of distributing winter clothes to underprivileged families in the Kingdom.
A JHCO statement, carried by the Jordan News Agency, Petra, said that the project reached 18,088 underprivileged families, including Syrian and Palestinian refugees in Jordan, through distributing blankets and winter kits for every family.
Saud Huzayem, head of the centre office in Jordan, said that the office is scheduled to launch various relief projects to help underprivileged households. JHCO assistant secretary general said that these projects contribute to covering basic needs of the targeted segments, estimating their number at 90,000 nationwide.
