Jordan condemns terror attack on Mogadishu hotel

AMMAN — Jordan on Wednesday condemned the terrorist attack that targeted a hotel in Mogadishu, Somalia, which resulted in the death of 28 people. Government Spokesperson Mohammad Momani reaffirmed the Kingdom’s rejection of such acts, through which terror organisations seek to destabilise the world, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Momani, who is also the minister of state for media affairs, voiced Amman’s support for all endeavours to fight terrorism and extremism, and offered the government’s condolences to the Somali people and families of the victims.
