AMMAN — The Jordan Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission (CARC) and the United Arab Emirates' General Civil Aviation Authority, on the sidelines of the Dubai Air show that kicked off on Sunday, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to expand bilateral civil aviation cooperation.
In a statement on Tuesday, CARC said that the MoU, signed by CARC Chief Captain Haitham Mesto, aims to enhance cooperation through the exchange of civil aviation information between the countries, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The memo also seeks to establish joint viewpoints in international and regional gatherings, without interfering in both countries' policies, legislation, plans and national programmes.
