AMMAN — Labour and Tourism Minister Nidal Katamine on Sunday met with British Ambassador to Jordan Peter Millett and discussed matters of common interest.
Talks also covered ways to boost cooperation in implementing training projects for Jordanian job seekers.
Moreover, Katamine highlighted Jordan’s tourist attractions and emphasised the country’s security.
For his part, Millett referred to his country’s efforts to support Jordan in dealing with the threats resulting from regional conflicts and hosting waves of refugees, noting that these crises increase poverty and unemployment in the Kingdom.
