Lower House panels meet families of prisoners in Israel

AMMAN — The Lower House’s Palestine, public freedoms and human rights committees on Sunday met families of prisoners in Israel.
MP Yihya Saud underlined the committees’ interest in the issue, saying that not enough efforts are being exerted towards releasing Jordanian prisoners in Israel.
The MP noted that he has visited the West Bank recently and discussed the issue of prisoners with the Palestinian Authority and ways to help release them.
