No Jordanians among victims of Pakistan earthquake — Foreign Ministry

AMMAN — The Foreign Ministry on Thursday said it is following up on the conditions of Jordanians residing in Pakistan’s earthquake-hit regions. A 5.7 magnitude earthquake hit southern Pakistan’s Balochistan province in the early hours of Thursday, killing at least 20 people and injuring more than 300.
The Foreign Ministry said that contacts were made with a number of Jordanians residing in the province, confirming that no Jordanians were among the victims.
The ministry also called for contacting the hotline of the Jordanian embassy in Islamabad at 0092512833310 or the ministry’s operation centre at 00962795497777.
