PM receives copy of 2019 Audit Bureau report

AMMAN — Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Bisher Al Khasawneh on Tuesday received the 2019 Audit Bureau report and stressed the government’s commitment to rectifying any shortcomings mentioned in the report in a way that preserves public money.

Receiving Bureau President Asem Haddad, Khasawneh stressed the commitment of the government and all its institutions to “full cooperation” with the bureau, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

For his part, Haddad reviewed the bureau’s efforts in preparing the annual report that only includes non-rectified issues at institutions subject to the monitoring of the bureau.
