PSUT president meets with former students

AMMAN — President of Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT) Mashhoor Al Refai has virtually met with a number of PSUT graduates who have distinguished themselves in the labour market, according to a university statement.
The meeting, organised by the Careers Guidance and Alumni Affairs Office at the Deanship of Admissions and Registration, is part of PSUT’s strategy of maintaining continuous communication with its graduates in order to support them, in addition to identifying current labour market requirements and linking them to the teaching and training curricula, the statement said.Refai said: "The role of the university does not end with the presentation of graduation certificates to its students.Rather, it actively follows their career paths to support them and benefit from their observations in preparing its students to enter the labour market.”
Refai affirmed that the university, under the directives of HRH Princess Sumaya, chair of its board of trustees, is working on proving its excellence on the international scene, to develop quality programmes in fields required by the labour market and to seek to build relationships with local, regional and international companies to facilitate their graduates’ entrance into the labour market.
