Royal Decree approves bylaw for pricing fuel derivatives

AMMAN — A Royal Decree was issued on Wednesday approving an amended bylaw for pricing fuel derivatives and the commission fees of licensees for 2022, which was approved by the Cabinet on December 22.
The amended bylaw added the markets of the Gulf Cooperation Council to the markets of Singapore and Mediterranean to import fuel derivatives and to grant marketing flexibility to importing companies for receiving the lowest prices as per the bulletin of Platts, a main provider of energy and fuel derivatives prices and information, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
