AMMAN — The Qusai Initiative, which was created to improve the well-being and safety of Jordan’s sports community, has completed a First Aid course for staff working at the sports cities in Irbid and Karak, according to the Jordan Olympic Committee News Service.
The initiative, launched by the Crown Prince Foundation and run under the umbrella of the Jordan Olympic Committee, held the course on the fifth anniversary of the tragic death of young football player, Qusai Al Khawaldeh, during a match which sparked the initiative.
The course provided essential information and training for the staff on how to deal with injuries and continues the efforts to qualify as many people in the sports industry as possible to deal with medical emergencies.
