15 injured in desert road crash

AMMAN — A collision on Monday between a passenger bus and freight truck on the Amman-Mazar desert road, in Qatraneh, injured 15 people, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Civil Defence Department (CDD) personnel responded to the accident and administered first aid to the victims before evacuating them to the Karak and Prince Ali Bin Al Hussein hospitals. The injured were listed in fair medical conditions, according to Petra.
